Hopefully you are standing or sitting under Treaty Oak in Treaty Oak Plaza.
The tree is estimated to be over 250 years old,
the oldest living thing in Jacksonville.
It's over 25 feet in circumfrence
and more than 70 feet tall.
Wow, think of the history these trunks have seen
and the eyes that have looked on this beauty.
After you visit make your way to Riverplace Station, it's time to ride the Skyway, Jacksonville's free ride and my 3-year-olds favorite thing about any city-- public transportation.
Hop on it and get off at Central Station.
